In March of 2005, the highly successful cosmetic line, Bobbi Brown, and internet giant, Yahoo!, launched an online marketing campaign, designed to educate consumers on the basic techniques of makeup application and build brand awareness. MixMedia, being one of the top interactive agencies in Hong Kong, was appointed to undertake this project.
MixMedia's expertise in flash allowed them to integrate video demonstrations on the various techniques in makeup application. There are many multi-media players available on the market, but because the flash player is most widely used plug-in than any other media player, it was the ideal format choice. The use of flash for multimedia integration allows for high quality playback with smaller files and faster loading than most conventional methods.
